There are groups for friendship and sites where you can get advice, for example by e-mail, or, from message boards. You can also keep in touch with the latest research and other news eg by joining a list such as Co-cure. Do remember though, that the quality of information on the web varies.

There are many good books on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and ME available from good bookshops (and sometimes your local library) or online from the national ME organisations etc. These include Living with M.E. by Dr Charles Shepherd Vermilion ISBN: 0091816793 and Somebody Help Me Jill Moss Sunbow Books (specifically aimed at children)
